Slitting cutter

These cutting tools are used on CNC, conventional or special purpose machines of various capacities to machine  metal, wood, plastic or any other material.

We offer these cutters in:-
  • HSS (High Speed Steel) standard/special grade- M2, M35, M42, T42.
  • Carbide tipped (brazed).
  • Solid carbide.
These products are manufactured in various thickness. As the name suggests, these tools are used for machining of thin slots from- 0.2mm upto 6 mm.

The different tooth profiles and number of teeth are made to suit different machining conditions. Tooth profile that can be generated are:-
  • A
  • AW
  • B
  • BW
  • C1
