Micro Boring Bar

These tools are used on CNC, conventional or special purpose horizontal or vertical boring machine, of various capacities for machining of holes from Ã˜8 mm upto 300 mm of perfect size (bearing sizes) with close tolerance.

We offer these cutters in:

Indexable insert integral holder.
Indexable insert modular holder.

All these tools are dynamically balanced & designed to operate at optimum speed. We offer these tools with adjustable cartridges with least count of 0.002 mm, 0.005 mm, 0.01 mm. These products are designed & manufactured to suit standard ISO inserts.

The holders are ISO tapers, BT-40 tapers, BT-50 tapers.
